Because it's not possible for someone to improve themselves over the course of five years. Especially not after being tempered in the critical fires of the Something Awful forums.

He's still the same person with an overinflated ego and a god complex. In particular I liked when he said that he alone was responsible for bringing Dark Souls to the PC, or when he said that anybody creating LPs on youtube is creating garbage content when the majority of his videos are 30 minutes of him being terrible at a game and talking over it.

Occasionally he makes good points, but generally he just whines and whinges about people having genuine complaints such as the Dark Souls port being shit or and then calls them entitled.

I don't have anything against TB as a person but there are few people worse at public relations than me, and he really takes the biscuit in that regard. He has made such a fool out of himself on TL that I am really surprised he hasn't been permed yet.

Also he is a casual.

I've been out of the "new games" market for so long now, I had no idea this was even a thing. I mean, I've heard about "pre-ordering" games, but doing so months, even years in advance? Hilarious.

This "Season Pass" bit just takes the cake.
